Evolution of formation and development of limited partnerships

Abstract
The article analyzes the evolution of corporate enterprises in the process of improving approaches to the organization of business forms. Theoretical substantiation of the evolution of the formation and development of one of the types of business partnerships - a command partnership. The main stages of the development of a limited partnership as a kind of «society in faith» and a peculiar phenomenon as a subject of entrepreneurial activity and civil law are outlined.
