Protection of the rights of ownership to objects of real estate in contractual obligations the way of recognizing the rules of negligence

Abstract
The article investigates the practice of realization of protection of property rights to real estate objects in contractual obligations by recognizing transactions as invalid. The proposals on improving the protection of the property right to real estate objects are made by recognizing the transactions as invalid in contractual obligations.
