EVOLUTION OF INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF UKRAINE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Conducted system-evolutionary analysis of the institutional structure of the domestic agricultural sector in a negative aspect, as a complex historical process changed suboptimal institutions and mechanisms. An attempt is made to clarify the concepts of essence and content of the institutional structure of the agrarian sector. This classification of the diversity of its specific forms in the unity of the functional level and the reproduction approach… defines the logic, periodization, and historical trends in the development of the institutional structure of the agrarian sector of Ukraine since 1861 to the present. Systematic specific institutional “traps” of the agrarian sector in the stages of evolution and levels of their implementation. The study specified subject area and developed the basic categorical a number of institutional economic theory of the agrarian sector. It is argued that institutional structure is a set of stable functional status of the relationship.
