EVOLUTIONARY DEVELOPMENT THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF EXCHANGE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical aspects of exchange activities in the context of the evolution of exchanges management systems, and the impact of the mechanisms and management tools on the development of exchange activities. It is proved that development of exchange activity critically depend on management mechanisms. Analyzed the evolutionary progress of exchange systems and demonstrated that their development is linked with the improvement of management systems. Is evaluated the role of management theory in the development of exchange activities. Based on the classic postulates of management science and adapting them, is modeled the interaction of tasks, functions and management decisions in the of management system of development exchange activity. It is established that the main point of stock management is revealed through the influence of external factors on the system and due to internal activities of the system. In this context it invited to analyze management system in several segments: the target of managerial influence, organizational order and self-organization. Considered the management development system of exchange activity through organizational of exchanges and it is shown that exchange management significantly changed: by first it based itself only on the principles of self-regulation and self-organization, today it is maximally dependent on external influences with consolidation exchange institutions. Is investigated the national experience of formation the management exchange system. Established that due the lack of clearly defined and those that do not contradict each other, the legal norms of functioning of exchange institution, the question of formation of their management systems remains open.
