Ewaluacja zmian w systemie transportu miejskiego Białegostoku jako efekt realizacji Programu Operacyjnego Rozwój Polski Wschodniej 2007-2013

Abstract
Miasto Białystok w dobie intensywnego rozwoju w latach 2007-2013 osiągnęło zamierzony cel. Za sprawą Programu Operacyjnego Rozwój Polski Wschodniej, a konkretnie Programu „Poprawa jakości funkcjonowania sytemu transportu publicznego miasta Białegostoku”, udało się w znacznym stopniu podnieść rangę białostockiego miejskiego transportu zbiorowego. Wzrost atrakcyjności tejże komunikacji spowodował dużą zmianę zarówno w jakości korzystania, jak i w sposobie postrzegania przez potencjalnych pasażerów. Dowodem jest istotny wzrost ich liczebności w wyniku poczynionych inwestycji. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia kluczowe osiągnięcia poszczególnych etapów programu. The city of Białystok in the era of intensive development in the years 2007-2013 has reached the intended target. Through the Operational Programme Development o f Eastern Poland, and concretely Programme „Improving the quality of functioning the system of public transport Białystok City” managed to significantly raise the profile of the Białystok urban public transport. Increase the attractiveness of that communication resulted in a large change in the quality of both the use and the perception by potential passengers. It evidenced by a significant increase in their numbers as a result of the investments made. This article presents the key achievement of the various stages of the program.
