Examining the Effect of Human Resource Quality on Organizational Activities with an Emphasis on Organizational Structure and Structural Equations Approach (The Case of Iran Language Institute of West Azerbaijan)

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to examine the effect of human resource quality on organizational activities with an emphasis on organizational structure and structural equations approach (the case of West Azerbaijan Iran Language Institute). The study is applied since the research results and suggestions are demonstrated. Also, the study is that of survey and quantitative. The statistical population comprises of all 152 staff member of Iran Language Institute across West Azerbaijan. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was determined as 103. To collect the data use was made by standard questionnaires. The validity and reliability were discussed in SMART PLS2 of minimum square method. The results obtained from this test are explained. The results manifest that the significance coefficients of z among the variables (6.288, 13.819) were greater than 1.96 and this impious that the human resource quality has an indict effect on organizational activities through the intimidate variable of organizational structure at 0.95 level of confidence.
