Examining the Relationship between Establishing New Information Systems As Well As Six Sigma Technique and Official Transformation (The Case of West Azerbaijan Tejarat Bank Branches)

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to examine the relationship between implementing new information technology systems and improvement of organizational goals (the case of West Azerbaijan Tejarat Bank branches). The study is applied, descriptive and survey in terms of goal, design and quality of implementation, the statistical population comprises of 559 employees working in West Azerbaijan Tejarat Bank branches. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was determined as 0.211. Descriptive and inferential tests were used to make analysis on the research hypotheses. Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Spearman test were used in the study. The results indicated that there was a relationship between implementing the new information technology systems and improvement of organizational goals in West Azerbaijan Tejarat Bank branches.
