Exclusive condition in marketing agreements

Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the essence styling features of marketing agreements, which contain in their structure a condition of exclusivity in terms of civil law. Risks analyzed fixing conditions for marketing exclusivity agreements. The author focuses on the effects of the conditions of exclusivity in the marketing field.
