About financial liability as a generic category

Abstract
The article examines the array of public relations, where there is the application of standards of financial responsibility. Defined criteria that separate financial responsibility of administrative responsibility. It is proved that the financial responsibility is not just a separate type of legal responsibility but also a generic term that includes the following types of legal liability as budgetary, tax, banking and monetary responsibility. Specificity sanctions financial responsibility and their relationship with the sanctions of administrative responsibility. Provided the answer to the question of practical importance of the existence of financial responsibility separately from other types of legal liability. It is proved that the financial and legal responsibility is separate from the administrative responsibility, as distinct grounds of origin, subject composition, the procedure for applying sanctions, the measures themselves are different and the impact on the offender. Represented by the sanctions of financial responsibility in nature may be the same Administrative: fine, penalty, or be completely distinctive as: termination of funding, the refusal to accept to finance, the credit crunch, the suspension of budgetary allocations, stop operations with budgetary funds, and so on etc.
