Qualifications of juvenile judges in the framework of international legal acts

Abstract
The article investigates the content of the qualification of juvenile judges in international legal acts. In the article, questions of legal regulation of this phenomenon in international sources of law are investigated within the framework of the concept of the newest approach in the legal relationship to juveniles. The bases of the multidisciplinary approach in the aspect of qualification and professional training of juvenile judges have been analyzed.
