Executives’ Conscientiousness and Effective Keystone Vulnerability Management: An Empirical Survey

Abstract

This study examined executives‟ conscientiousness and organisations‟ keystone vulnerability management. Data were collected from one hundred executives through questionnaire and analysis was done using the Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient. The result showed that executives‟ conscientiousness was positively and significantly associated with organisations‟ keystone vulnerability management. The study concluded that executives should not consider themselves as bosses who are bigger than policies and rules because when they keep to rules, others will emulate and the organization will be a better place where leadership by example strives. The study further recommended among many that; Business Executive should as matters of obeying the conscience keep to rules and regulations of the organizations they administer.
