Experience of legal regulation of the application of the program-target method in the public budgeting sector on the example of the Federal Republic of Germany

This article analyzes the development of legal regulation of the application of the program-target method in the public budgeting sector in the Federal Republic of Germany. Clarified features of introducing at the legislative level of the application of the programtarget method in the public budgeting sector at the national and local levels in this country.
