Legal relationship concerning issue and placement of securities within the system of civil legal relationship

Abstract
This article presents the analysis of the specific features of issue relationship as a separate category of private legal relationship and issue of securities as a civil law sub-institute, theoretical issues connected with emergence of an issue security as a unique object of civil rights are examined. The author of the article pays special attention to the issues of legal qualification of interrelations existing between an issuer and a potential investor at the stage prior to execution of an agreement on placement of securities and analyzes the essence of this agreement and specific features of its execution.
