Abstract
The article deals with the problems of classification of enterprises according to the way of establishing and formation of authorized capital on unitary and corporate; the advantages and disadvantages of the new Law of Ukraine “On Limited Liability Companies” concerning the regulation of the legal status of LLC with one participant are analyzed.
