The state of scientific research and legislation of Ukraine regarding the territorial organization of power as an object of administrative and legal support

Abstract
The article investigates scientific approaches to the concept of territorial organization of power as an object of administrative and legal support. Author’s definition of the territorial organization of power as an object of administrative and legal provision is offered. The article analyzes the state of administrative legislation, aimed at ensuring the reform of the territorial organization of power, its shortcomings and directions for overcoming them.
