Retrospective of the elaboration of international legal status of the permanent members of the UN Security Council

Abstract
The article reveals the historical aspects of the formation of the international legal status of permanent members of the UN Security Council and the factors that took place in the process of making the relevant norms. The comparative-historical analysis of the status of permanent members of the UN Security Council and the Council of the League of Nations is conducted. Particular attention is paid to interstate talks on the status of permanent members of the Security Council during a conference in San Francisco.
