Personality: problems and prospects of scientific knowledge

Abstract
In the article that according to the role assigned in the legal world is changing, the person, his rights and freedoms, legal science must be prepared to formulate a different approach to develop a fundamentally different view on the right. The right does not exist without a subject, it is his creation, he created the world. However, reviewed the issues of legal personality in legal sci- ence gives grounds for the conclusion that a study of the subject of law and the definition of legal personality requires other approaches than the traditional dogmatic approach with division of this category, the capacity and capability and their protesta- ban.
