Abstract
Analyzed the life and career of Kulchitsky V.S., an outstanding Ukrainian scientist-scholar in the field of history of state and law of Ukraine. Considerable attention is focused on activities of Professor Kulchitsky V.S. as the founder of the Lviv historical-legal school. Проаналізовано життєвий і творчий шлях В.С. Кульчицького – видатного українського вченого-правознавця в галузі історії держави і права України. Значну увагу зосереджену на діяльності професора В.С. Кульчицького як основоположника Львівської історико-правової школи.
