The specificity of determination of grave violent crimes against life and health of a person, committed in the largest cities of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to establishing and analysis of features of determination of serious violent crimes against life and health of a person, committed in the largest cities of Ukraine. To conduct this study, it was elected such modern cities as Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa. It is noted that the existence and the reproduction of these criminal acts is due to a number of factors, some of which are quite traditional, and some of them are appeared in determination complex only recently.
