State control over the activity of community associations: some legal aspects

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature of state control over the activities of community associations. A number of problem issues are outlined as a result of analysis of the Law of Ukraine “On Political Parties in Ukraine” and the Law of Ukraine “On Public Associations” regarding state control over political parties and public organizations. Concrete solution are proposed.
