Legal regulation of the use of animals in agriculture

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the use of animals in agriculture. On the basis of the analysis of Ukrainian legislation and international legislation, the basic requirements for the breeding and maintenance of farm animals have been determined; veterinary care; transportation of farm animals; primary processing of livestock products.
