Limits and restrictions on the exercise of the right to determine and change the name of the child

Abstract
The article is devoted to the limits and restrictions of the right to determine the name of the parents of their newborn child under the current legislation of Ukraine. The social, moral and ethical prerequisites for changing the name and related restrictions of the subjective right of parents to provide a non-standard name to the child are analyzed. The validity of the existence of this restriction is determined.
