To particular issues of the study of the evolution o f democracy

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of democracy, which take place in the conditions of radical changes experienced by the state-legal phenomena in Ukraine and in the world. Thus, the issues of the methodology of democracy in the context of the general-theoretical problems of state and law are considered, which is impossible without understanding the understanding of the method and methodology. Also, the concept of method and methodological approach, with the isolation of three approaches to the formation of methodological tools, is delimited.
