Experience of organizational and pedagogical activity of science academic councils of the native higher pedagogical educational institutions (1958 – 1963)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the organizational and pedagogical activity of the Science academic councils of the native higher pedagogical educational institutions of 1958 – 1963. The authors accentuate that during 1958 – 1963 the basis of the Science academic councils of the native higher pedagogical educational institutions became the solution of the 22nd Congress of the CPSU that de- ¿ ned its directions and content. The researchers have found out that the organizational and pedagogical activity of the Science academic councils of the native higher pedagogical educational institutions of the researched period was of the stable structure and consisted of the scienti¿ c and research, educational and methodological, upbringing and organizational activities. The authors have proved that the peculiarities of the organizational and pedagogical activity of the Science academic councils of the researched period comprised the state regulating documents of the educational sector of the USSR. The scienti¿ c conclusions indicate that all the political, social, economic transformations in the state directly inÀ uenced on the organizational and pedagogical activity of the Science academic councils of the native higher pedagogical educational institutions and determined their speci¿ cs.
