Experiment of Double Row of Wheat Threshing Mechanism Based on Free-cutting Harvest

Abstract
Taking the total loss of the threshing rate as the index,by using of the double row of grain threshing mechanism,single-factor tests and contrast test for the roller speed and the ratio of plate thickness to pole-teeth height were carried out respectively and the values of these two factors were obtained. Taking the total loss of the threshing rate,impurity rate and spike rate as the index,and taking the speed of the roller,the number of rows of teeth and the exit threshing gap as the experimental factor,the orthogonal test and the quadratic rotation regression test were carried out. Optimum parameter combination of threshing mechanism was obtained. When the roller speed is 900 r / min,exiting threshing gap is 20 mm,the number of rows of teeth is 8,the ratio of plate thickness to pole-teeth height is 9∶ 41 and roller length is 650 mm,the threshing loss rate is 4. 53% and the trash content is 17.39%.
