EXPERIMENTAL MEASURES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM FOR THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE FORMATION TO THE FUTURE BORDER GUARD OFFICERS IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR TRAINING IN MILITARY SPECIAL DIS- CIPLINES

Abstract
The experimental measures to introduce a methodological system for the formation of professional compe- tence to future border guard officers in the process of training in military special disciplines are highlighted in the article. The author stresses that the effectiveness of the realization of the tasks assigned to the State Border Guard Service depends on the appropriate training of border guard officers and on the high level of their professional competence. Despite the fact that the subject matter of the research has been studied by scientists, complex development, justification and improvement of the methodological system for the formation of professional competence to future border guard officers in the process of training in combined arms and military special disciplines don’t exist at present. In order to develop the professional competence to future border guard officers in the process of training in military special disciplines, it is planned to remove from equilibrium the closed system of the educational process of the high military educational establishment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine by influencing all its subsystems, in particular, the subsystem of goals and tasks, the subsystem of the results of forming the professional competence to future border guard officers, the subsystem of the activity of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the educational establishment.
