Experimental Research Recuperative - Transformer System оf Cooling Rotary Furnace for Industrial Heating

Abstract

Based on an experimental study of the heat-hydraulic mode of a heat pump installation of the proposed system of heat recovery from the surface of a rotary kiln for industrial heat supply, the conceptual approach of using cold water as a low-potential energy source in a joint cooling process of the recirculation flow, ensuring energy-efficient stabilization of the furnace surface cooling, is confirmed. The regularities of changes in the conversion factors are determined, which confirm the positive energy effect of stabilizing the total mixture of mixed flows at the inlet of the regenerative heat exchanger system
