EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ORGANIZATION OF PRACTICAL TRAINING OF THE STUDENTS OF CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTY AT COLLEGE

Abstract
The article presents the summarized results of the pedagogical conditions’ testing of organization of practical training of students of the construction specialty at college. The main pedagogical conditions of the training (which are unification of training practice programs for preparation by a group of specialties; integrated practice programs; the using of innovative techniques and practical professional training; coordination of programs of degree education different stages, organization of educational process by modules of professional functions) are submitted in the study. During the formative experiment the goal to check the individual skills characteristics which were formed through the integration of the content of practice was set out. The following parameters were selected for verification: expediency, completeness and versatility. In order to increase these parameters, the students of the experimental group were involved in such activities: to set goals and to achieve them; to develop skills in several different ways, culminating in the same result; to use repeatedly and variedly skills in various conditions by choosing ways of applying the theoretical positions in practice. The author’s program of future constructors’ practical training allowed forming the ways of students’ independent activity, logical sequence of choice to achieve the set goal, the ability to choose methods and forms of tasks implementation depending on their complexity. And this, accordingly, had a positive impact on the skills level of the parameters that were formed during the pilot study.
