Expertise in the investigation of crimes against traffic safety and operation of transport

Abstract
The article examines the role of the forensic investigation of crimes against the safety of traffic and transport operation. It is noted that the object of their research are the elements of a traffic accident, as the system, “driver – vehicle – road – environment” and its implications. It concludes that examination have a decisive influence on other investigative tasks (search) operations.
