Abstract
The article deals with the issue grounds for exclusion from a limited liability company. Conducted a detailed analysis of the grounds for exclusion from the company. Determined the legal nature and characteristics inherent in each of the grounds. Carry out the conclusions of the procedure of application and grounds of each of the proposed changes to the current regulation.
