EXTRACTION AND ANTI-OXIDATION ACTIVITY OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM LENTINAN

Abstract
The extraction and anti-oxidation activity of polysaccharides from Lentinan were studied by an orthogonal experimental design. The optimal extraction process was solid-liquid ratio = 1:20, pH 5, 60 ÂșC and extraction time=3 h, with the extraction yield of 11.61%. It was proved this extraction method was simple and available, and the crude polysaccharides had high antioxidant capacity
