FACILITATED PROCEDURE IN ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION: PRACTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT AND ECHR

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting certain issues of the Supreme Court’s practice in dealing with cases in the form of simplified lawsuits in administrative proceedings. The types of administrative cases that can be considered under the rules of simplified lawsuits are determined in accordance with the new version of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine; an overview of the Supreme Court’s practice regarding the consideration of certain categories of administrative cases under the rules of simplified proceedings is reviewed. On the basis of the conducted scientific and practical research, some suggestions have been substantiated for improving the provisions of the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine.
