Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation and development of integrated professional competencies of the future economists based on the analysis of internal and external factors affecting the vocational training quality of specialists in economics. In order to improve the existing systems of pedagogical and organizational support which have significant drawbacks connected with lack of a comprehensive, modern approach to the formation of competencies a system of allocating the necessary competencies on the basis of analysis of the actual subjective and objective factors of influence is proposed
