FACTORS GENERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF INNOVATION TO BUILD AN ORIGINAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC INSTRUMENTS OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES

Abstract
Modern state of the construction companies is characterized by a low level of development, different scale of destructive socio-economic and socio-political transformations , which cause quantitative and qualitative changes and economic architectonics, those innovative dynamics of enterprises of building complex, functioning in conditions of limited resources of different nature. However, structural shifts in the construction enterprises do not occur in the areas of global trends in innovation-based growth, because they have an unbalanced character that requires new approaches to the management of innovative activities of the latter by creating original organizational-economic instruments to save the industry and ensure the competitiveness in a changing environment. The proposed model of innovative development of production-economic systems is characterized by the presence of feedback, in which the process of implementation of innovation policy can be adjusted based on the analysis of innovative dynamics in the industry, the implementation mechanism of innovative development. This model must consider the interaction of different levels of organization of innovative activity in conditions of independence, in the methods of implementation of innovation policies using the levers of influence on production and economic systems for effective innovation policy and building an original business model of innovative development of enterprises of the construction industry.
