INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL BASES OF RISK MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
One of the main factors that hinder the innovative activity of enterprises in Ukraine, in addition to poor state regulation and the lack of financial resources, is a high degree of risk and loss of innovation. So now is very actual the problem of assessment of risks, which arise in the case of creation and innovation, and its management. The purpose of the article is the development of innovative tools for risk assessment and risk management in the process of innovation and technological development of the national economy. Results. To implement the objectives of the study, the peculiarities of risk analysis using scorecards qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of the implementation of innovative and technological activities is characterized the article. The tool kit overall assessment of innovation risk based on the integral indicator is proposed. The scheme of control of innovative risk at the micro level is improved. The methods of innovative risk management measures based on the selection restriction are developed in the article will allow enterprises, which engaged in innovative activities, not only significantly reduce the risks of innovation and to keep them at an acceptable level, reducing the cost of ill-considered implementation of the innovation process.
