A descriptive survey method was employed. A total enumeration of forty-five teachers teaching Senior High School subjects were the participants of this study. The survey questionnaire was administered on-site to gather data from the participants. Frequency count, Percentage distribution, and Ranking order were used to analyze and interpret the collected data. The findings revealed that teachers generally utilized quizzes, practical exams or performance exams, oral exams, checklists, rating scales, and rubrics as their assessment methods to assess students' performance during the teaching and learning process. This finding indicated that teachers employed different assessment methods to assess and evaluate the student's learning. Moreover, several factors that influence the assessment practices of teachers were identified.
