Factors of influence on organizational provision for external activity of industrial enterprise

Abstract
Introduction. In the conditions of globalization of the world economy and international economic relations the role of foreign economic activity for the whole economy of the country as a whole and for the enterprise in particular is increased. In the conditions of gradual expansion of the openness of the Ukrainian economy and its approach to world standards, due to globalization trends, key changes taking place in enterprises are determined by external economic factors. To date, the internationalization of world economic relations, the development of specialization and cooperation require profound changes in the organization of the provision of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of organizational support of foreign economic activity (FEA) of the enterprise. Results. The main external and internal factors influencing organizational support of foreign economic activity of the enterprise are determined. The ways of the company's exit into foreign markets are investigated and their advantages and disadvantages are determined. Studies have shown that the main negative features of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises is that in the process of their implementation, they do not try to seek and use new reserves for improving the efficiency of foreign economic activity or use them inefficiently. Conclusion. It was investigated that the ability of an enterprise to ensure existence in a dynamic environment depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of the organizational support of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise, which is a peculiar basis, the basis of the organization of processes related to the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The prospect of further research is the development of the mechanism of organizational support for the foreign economic activity of the enterprise, which will enable the company to comprehensively approach the solution to the problem of entry into foreign markets. The proposed directions of improvement of organizational support of foreign economic activity of the enterprise will allow to increase its efficiency.
