FACTORS OF THE GROWTH OF CRIME AMONG REFUGEES AND ILLEGAL MIGRANTS

Abstract
The article analyzes a number of factors that contribute to the revitalization and growth of criminal manifestations in the environment of the refugees and illegal migrants. Special attention is paid to the intensification of Islamic fundamentalism, which among other things creates a destabilizing impact on the political and legal position of certain countries. Noted that the active Muslim fundamentalism creates a rather unbearable conditions for the existence of many residents of certain countries of Asia and Africa, which leads to a significant wave of refugees and illegal migrants in more developed countries. At the same time, refugees and illegal migrants in large measure become a source of spread in Western Europe ideas of Muslim fundamentalism, manifestations of delinquent behavior and manifestations of terrorism. Also accentuated that the problems which associated with refugees and illegal migrants, have an international character. This is especially true crime aspect and delinquency manifestations from the refugees and illegal migrants.
