FACTORS SHAPING ECONOMIC SITUATION OF FAR MS ENGAGED IN RAPESEED PRODUCTION

Abstract
The paper presents the diversity of production and economic results of holdings engaged in the growing of rapeseed. The study was conducted throughout the country in 141 farms. The basis for qualifying holding to the study was to obtain a minimum of 50% of revenues from the sale of rape and expression by the farmer consent to participate in the study. During the testing the method of questionnaire was used, and in the process of analyzing the results of the research the tabular, graphical and descriptive methods were used. The research shows that the highest efficiency reached the farm with the largest area of cultivation of rapeseed. The concentration of rapeseed production has contributed to improve the efficiency of farms. Among the factors affecting the level of farm incomes were those concerning the resources of farms and old farmers.<br/><br/>
