FAMILY TYPE HOMES IN UKRA INE

Abstract
In this paper, we explored the peculiarities of family type homes in Ukraine; found that by family type homes inherent features are different forms from existing forms of family placement of orphans and children deprived of parental care; found that these «houses» are created to ensure the protection of children’s rights, including the right to use the benefits of social security; analyzed statistics on deinstitutionalization process orphans in Ukraine in recent years.
