FEATURE PROFICIENCY IN SPEECH ETIGUETTE THAT HAVE FOREIGN STUDENTS OF THE PREPARATORY DEPARTMENT

Abstract
Solved actual problem need to develop speech etiquette in foreign students of preparatory department, studying in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Emphasized that the determination of levels of speech etiquette in foreign students of preparatory department was carried out using the developed test unit objectives. The choice of the test as a means of measurement was due standardized character control and evaluation activities in modern education and training in foreign languages. Given the specificity of Europe adopted a major national testing systems with native language as a foreign and domestic experience in developing testing system for foreigners Level of Ukrainian / Russian as a foreign, developed a test that determined by the level of foreign ownership of speech etiquette students of preparatory department. It is noted that the test is presented subtest «Vocabulary. Grammar», «Reading», «Listening», «Scripture», «Speaking». Established knowledge and skills of foreign students who evaluated each of the subtests. The structure of the proposed procedure and subtest of foreign students in the tasks for each subtest. It notes that the level of speech etiquette in possession of foreign students Preparatory Department, which are characterized according to developed subtests meet certain criteria. Results Data on foreign ownership of speech etiquette students represented by zahalnorivnevymy estimates (poor, poor, adequate, high). Emphasized that performed complex diagnostic measures showed a low level of speech etiquette in foreign students Preparatory Department. Common mistakes variety of foreign students have Usual nature and associated with the interference. Therefore, the emphasis on the need to introduce a process of pre)university language training experimental model aimed at raising awareness of speech etiquette in foreign students Preparatory Department. Within the model was defined and scientifically grounded types, forms and methods of work with foreign students and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of each of the identified stages (lexical and grammatical, lexical and activity, reproductive control and reflexive). Summed up that the results of the diagnosis after the implementation of the model allowed the capture significant positive developments of foreign students of the experimental group.
