FEATURES AND CONDITIONS OF TORT LIABILITY OF JUVENILES

Abstract
In the article features and conditions of a tort liability of juveniles are investigated. There are found out conditions of assignment of subsidiary responsibility on the parents and persons replacing them for the harm done by juveniles. Features of attraction to subsidiary responsibility of the parents deprived of the parental rights are defined. Special attention is paid to special conditions of responsibility for the harm done by juveniles.
