MUNICIPALIZATION OF THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE (BALANCED) DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article explores the concept of sustainable development through the prism of municipal law. It has been established that the municipalization of the concept of sustainable development is the result of the reflection of the interconnected, relevant interrelation of the SDG with the needs of the local territory, the territorial community, as well as the needs of the individual.
