FEATURES MANAGING DEVELOPMENT OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE BASED ON MULTIDIMENSIONAL ASSESSMENT

Abstract
The theoretical analysis of the problem of motivation the commercial bank personnel were carried out to ensure its effective activity. The motivational process was studied and the attention was focused on the necessity of understanding the physiological and psychological characteristics of the individual, on the ability to consciously analyze the situation, on the way of choosing a goal and developing a plan of actions. The issues of the need to carry out the motivational monitoring to display the level and dynamics of the results of activity with the purpose of effective personnel management are considered. The proposals which were developed for improving the motivational mechanism take into account the characteristics of the industry. It was proposed to use the method of uniform optimization and a matrix of distances according to the algorithm of a close neighbor, which makes it possible to unite workers with different levels of motivation force into groups of workers and to identify the main directions of motivational influence.
