Features of audits (audits), appointed by appeals by the bodies of pre-trial investigation

Abstract
In the article, the author examines audits carried out in business structures, institutions and organizations by court decisions. The author discloses the essence of such audits as documentary and factual checks of financial and economic activities of control objects in order to establish the legality and feasibility of economic transactions, ways of exposing deficiencies, embezzlement, appropriation and theft of funds and property, detecting financial abuse and preventing economic crimes. In the article the author examines the procedure of processing applications of pre-trial investigation organs on the appointment of inspections of financial and economic activities of entrepreneurship subjects. The author examines the differences between planned inspections and inspections carried out at the request of law enforcement agencies. The author examines directions for the interaction of auditors and investigators. An important place the author gives to the rules of registration of inspection acts and their transmission to law enforcement agencies.
