Features of communication higher bodies of state authority in Ukraine for parliamentary-presidential form state government

Abstract
The article deals with the institutional forms of communication of the highest bodies of state power in the conditions of the parliamentarypresidential form of government. Communication is interpreted as interaction, caused by the functions and powers of these bodies, and therefore analyzed on the basis of constitutional and legal acts of Ukraine. It is concluded that the parliamentary-presidential model of government meets the requirements of balance of powers in the «ruling triangle», promotes the development of democracy in the country, creates conditions for the formation of powerful political parties, and stimulates the growth of civic participation in the process of government decision-making.
