FEATURES OF COMPANY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MODEL IMPLEMENTATION BASED ON THE PROCESS APPROACH

Abstract
The features of companies’ intellectual property management model application based on the process approach are investigated in the article. A structure of intellectual property offices’ experts is proposed and their basic managerial functions are determined. Basic guidelines for enterprise’s intellectual property management stages ensuring are developed.
