FEATURES OF CONFLICT AND UNIFICATION REGULATION OF MARRIAGE

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the Ukrainian, foreign and international legislation on legal regulations of marriage in the international family law. The article compares the norms of legislation of Ukraine and foreign States on the minimum age for marriage, consent to marriage, the marriage. The authors examine the provisions of the UN Convention on consent to marriage, minimum age for marriage and registration of marriage from November 7, 1962 year and the Hague Convention on marriage and recognition of the validity of marriages from 14 March 1978 year. This article analyzes the features of conflict of laws regulating marriage with foreigners in Ukraine and abroad, this international family law Institute, as consular marriages, provisions of the CIS Convention on legal assistance and legal relations in civil, family and criminal matters of 1993 year, bilateral treaties on legal assistance in the sphere of marriage.
