FEATURES OF DIAGNOSTICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE OFFICERS-BORDERLANDS

Abstract
In the article features of diagnostics of formation of professional competence of the future officers-frontier guards a represented. As a result of the analytical work, it is established that it is expedient to select cognitive, activity, value-motivational and professional-personal criteria for diagnosing the formation of professional competence of future officers. Since the basis of the professional competence of the future border guard officer is knowledge, skills, the four-point and four-level system for assessing the formation of professional compe- tence is recommended in the study as optimal for use. At the same time, the levels of professional competence of future border officers are high, medium, low and unacceptable. The conclusions presented in the article were obtained using methods of analysis, comparison and expert evaluation. The sphere of application of results is professional pedagogy.
