Features of formation and use of budget institutions’ funds

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation and use of financial resources by budget institutions, or rather, by higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The essence, sources and principles of budget financing of higher educational establishments are considered. The main ways of improvement of the modern system of financing of budget institutions of higher education in Ukraine are presented.
